<p>PURPOSE: A steam cooker is provided to keep moisture in food and obtain the natural flavor of the food by circulating steam in a closed cooking space between a lid and a cooker body to have cooking effects like a steam pot. CONSTITUTION: A steam cooker comprises a cooker body(10), a water charge tank(14), and a lid(20). The cooker body comprises a bottom part(12) on which food to be cooked is placed and an outer side wall(14a) extended upward from the bottom. The water charge tank is formed between the periphery of the bottom part and the outer side wall in the cooker body in order to store water which is heated by flame and generates steam when cooking the food. The lid closes the top of the cooker body to form a steam circulation space between the inner side thereof and the cooker body.</p> |
