PURPOSE: A code tracking method for a sine phase binary offset carrier signal is provided to reliably implement BOC signal synchronization and to reduce an error in distance measurement of a next generation satellite navigation system. CONSTITUTION: A code tracking method for a sine phase binary offset carrier signal generates sub-correlation signals forming an autocorrelation function of a BOC signal. The code tracking method for a sine phase binary offset carrier signal generates a correlation function having a single peak by combining two sub-correlation functions of the generated sub-correlation functions. The code tracking method for a sine phase binary offset carrier signal generates correlation functions by combining the two sub-correlation functions. The code tracking method for a sine phase binary offset carrier signal generates a correlation function having no side peak by combining the correlation functions by combining the correlation function having single peak and the correlation function by combining two correlation functions.
