PURPOSE: A far-infrared ray heater for a frying device is provided to prevent a heater from being lost by a heat of frying oil according to be manufactured as a dual tube body shape. CONSTITUTION: A far-infrared ray heater for a frying device comprises an infrared-lamp (110), an outer glass tube (120), and a breaking preventing unit (130). The infrared-lamp emits a far-infrared ray by connecting a lead line (112) in an electrode formed in both ends. The outer glass tube is sealed the infrared-lamp by covering up a circumference of the infrared-lamp. The breaking preventing unit absorbs an external shock through a guard net (131) covering up the outer glass tube in a circumference of the outer glass tube. |
