The frame (1) has an operating device i.e. lever (30), taking an active position in which an electrical appliance is skewed on a connection base (50) and an inactive position in which the electrical appliance is not supplied and skewed with the base. The operating device acts on a contactor (41) of the electrical appliance to bring and/or block the contactor in an interruption position of a power supply of or the electrical appliance when the operating device is in the inactive position. The operating device includes stops (32A) in contact with the base in the inactive position.
