PURPOSE: A mega volt X-ray beam spoiler for Glottic cancer treatment and a treatment method using the same are provided to reduce treatment time and to improve treatment effect by controlling the amount of radiation easily and improving accuracy of the radiation. CONSTITUTION: A mega volt X-ray beam spoiler (10) for Glottic cancer treatment a partial cylindrical scattering part (100) and a supporting unit. The inside of the cylindrical scattering part is empty, and the cylindrical scattering part surrounds the neck part of a patient. The supporting unit supports the scattering part as being separated from the neck of the patient. The supporting unit includes an extended part (200), a settlement part (300) and a combining unit (400). The extended part is extended from the lower part of the scattering part. The settlement part is settled in the breast of the patient. A combining unit (400) combines the extended part and the settlement part as separating them.
