PURPOSE: A one way clutch is provided to endure power lifting high loads and to easily release the power transmission by not compulsorily inserting a cylindrical roller or a ball into the inner or outer pockets. CONSTITUTION: A one way clutch (100) comprises an outer wheel (1), an inner wheel (2), a cylindrical roller, and a ball (30). The outer wheel includes a plurality of outer pockets (10) on an inner circumference. The inner wheel includes a circular separation space (50) and is connected to the outside in order to be rotated by installing a bearing on the outer wheel. The inner wheel includes a plurality of inner pockets (20) on an outer circumference. The cylindrical roller or the ball is selectively accommodated in the inner or outer pocket.
