PURPOSE: An automatic control system for a human body of a vehicle driving device and a control method thereof are provided to automatically implement the arrangement of driving devices according to body characteristics of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit (10) measures the body type and a body figure of a vehicle passenger. A control unit (30) calculates the arrangement of driving devices corresponding to the body figure and the body type. A driving unit (40) implements the arrangement of the vehicle driving device. A database unit (20) previously determines the arrangement of the driving devices corresponding to a plurality of human figures. The control unit calculates the arrangement of the driving device based on the database unit. A driving unit implements the arrangement of the calculated driving devices.
