PURPOSE: A winding tool for the window regulator of a vehicle is provided to prevent a pulley from getting impressed by dispersing the impulses applied to the pulley. CONSTITUTION: A winding tool for the window regulator of a vehicle comprises a rotation axis (10), a guide block (20), and a guide member (22). The rotation axis is mounted on a winding machine and mounts a winding tool on the winding machine. The guide block rotates by being in touch with a pulley (P). The guide block is installed to be coaxial to the rotation axis. The guide member mounts the guide block and the rotation axis to be separated from each other at a predetermined gap and to be eccentric to each other.
