PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery system generator varnishing is provided to prevent contact between a downwardly placed component and an organic working fluid by supplying a vanish which is configured to endure exposure to the organic working fluid. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery system generator varnishing includes a generator (36) which is configured to accommodate the flow of an organic working fluid. The generator comprises a stator (150), a permanent magnet rotor, and at least one component. The permanent magnet rotor rotates inside the stator to generate electricity. At least one component is arranged in the generator; exposed to the flow of the organic working fluid; and composed of a downwardly placed component and a varnish. The varnish is configured to endure exposure to the organic working fluid in order to prevent contact between the downwardly placed component and the organic working fluid.
