PURPOSE: A molding frame using a wrapping sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain smooth surface and to improve degree of completion of a product, by preventing a bonding wire of the wrapping sheet from being exposed to the outside by widening the coating plane rather than a cutting plane when mush is coated. CONSTITUTION: According to a molding frame using a wrapping sheet and a manufacturing method thereof, a basic shape of a frame base (2a) constituted with a medium density fiberboard (MDF) or hardwood material is processed. The wrapping sheet is attached to the processed frame base, and a cutting plane is generated by cutting an upper part of the wrapping sheet attached to the frame base. Mush (4a) constituted with mixture of wood chip and adhesive agent is put on the cutting plane, and patterns are formed on the surface of the mush. The mush formed with patterns is dried. The mush formed with patterns is coated and is dried. |
