PURPOSE: A comfort seat is provided to correct and maintain backbone, waist, lumbar vertebra and pelvis in a correct posture by supporting ischium as lifting it slightly from the outside as surrounding the hip of a person, who is seated, from the outside as changing a supporting part flexibly. CONSTITUTION: A comfort seat includes a supporting part (10), a seat part (20) and an acupressure piece (30). The supporting part has the shape of "U" to support the hip from the outside as being bent flexibly. The seat part is integrated with the supporting part, and comprises a rail part (40) as finishing space between the supporting part and the bottom of the hip. The acupressure piece is moved through the rail part, and practice acupressure around the hip including anus, pubic area and perineal region. The rail part is formed in the shape of cut grooves by dividing a sheet part. Gap adjustment of the supporting part is performed easily by each divided sheet part.
