<p>The device (1) has a conducting track (10) integral with a fixed frame (2) and connected to a microwave transmitter/receiver (7) that is connected to a coder/decoder (6). Another conducting track (12) integral with a movable turret (3) is connected to another microwave transmitter/receiver (9) that is connected to another coder/decoder (8). The conducting tracks are secured to conductive housings (16, 17) through dielectric layers (14, 15), respectively, where the housing are fitted one inside the other without mechanical contact between them so as to form a moving waveguide.</p> |
