PURPOSE: Hybrid duplex broadcasting device and broadcasting system thereof are provided to duplex into digital data line and analog data line by duplexing analog power amplifier and digital power amplifier. CONSTITUTION: An external network local server downloads data stored in a remote control server connected to an external network and stores the data. The external network local server broadcasts the stored data with local broadcasting equipment. An internal network local server controls the local broadcasting equipment by being connected to an internal network. A network conversion switch connected a network to one of the internal network and external network. The local broadcasting equipment broadcasts the data transmitted from the external local server or the data transmitted from the internal network local server through a terminal.
