PURPOSE: A modularized bulletin board frame and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce consumed material cost rather than the prior manufacturing method by cutting and modularizing a medium density fiberboard (MDF) board, and to control production amount per kind of a character part easily by producing the products in correspondence to several kinds of character parts with one kind of frame by separating and processing and attaching the character part from the frame. CONSTITUTION: According to a modularized bulletin board frame and a manufacturing method thereof, an MDF frame and a character part are cut from an MDF disk (s10). Surface shape and an end bonding part of the MDF frame are processed (s11). The MDF frame is assembled (s12). The surface shape and a frame combining groove of the character part are processed (s13). A decoration sheet is attached to the surface of the MDF frame and the character part (s14). The MDF frame and the character part are combined (s15).
