PURPOSE: A cut making apparatus for corn skin is provided to reduce the time for a steaming process for improving gelatinization degree, and to easily compress steamed corn. CONSTITUTION: A main body (110) includes an inlet (111) on the upper side for receiving corn kernels after polishing, and an outlet (112) for discharging the corn kernels with cuts on the skin. A pair of platforms (120) is separated from the inlet in a fixed interval, and has an upper side combined to the upper side of the main body to be formed inside the main body in the vertical direction. A hopper (130) is fixed to the lower side of the platforms. A rotator (140) is located on the lower side of the hopper, and makes cuts on the corn kernels guided by the hopper. A rotary shaft (150) is fixed to the lower center of the rotator. A driven pulley is combined to the lower side of the rotary shaft. A belt (162) and a driving pulley (163) transfer power to the driven pulley. Plural circular blades (170) are formed on the rotator with a constant interval to the horizontal direction.
