PURPOSE: A two-stage rotary compressor is provided to minimize pressure pulsation possible to be generated in a process in which a refrigerant discharged from a first compressive chamber becomes sucked into a second compressive chamber. CONSTITUTION: A two-stage rotary compressor comprises a casing, a rotary shaft, first and second cylinders (111,121), a middle plate (130), a lower bearing (140), an upper bearing (150), a connection flow path, a branch flow path (162), and an auxiliary chamber (160). The rotary shaft is mounted inside the casing to be rotatable and includes first and second eccentric units. The first and second cylinders and the first and second eccentric units form first and second compressive chambers. The middle plate is arranged between the first and second cylinders. The lower bearing is arranged to be in contact with the first cylinder and includes a chamber which temporarily stores a fluid discharged from the first cylinder. The upper bearing covers the top of the second cylinder. The connection flow path connects the chamber and the second compressive chamber, thereby supplying the fluid discharged to the chamber to the second compressive chamber. The branch flow path is branched from the connection flow path or the chamber. The auxiliary chamber is communicated with the branch flow path. |
