PURPOSE: A fixable scissor is provided to replace blades with effects to improve safety using a latching device of a handle when a user closes the handle for safety after using the same. CONSTITUTION: A fixable scissor (100) comprises a handle where a switch (110), a latching device (120a), and a groove (120) are formed to prevent blades of the scissor from moving. A plurality of switches can be formed to move the latching device on the handle. The switch ensures an available space where the latching device can be inserted into a different side of groove when a user moves and the latching device moves. |
