PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain CMAS resistance stably for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A high temperature resistant member 10 includes: a heat resistant alloy base material 21; and a porous ceramic layer 23 for cladding the base material 21, in which a number of pores 23a are formed. The high temperature resistant member further includes a composite oxide impregnation part 25 impregnated with a composite oxide 26 containing Zr as a metal element, at least on a surface side in the porous ceramic layer 23.
