PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nongas foamer-bottled food superior in meltability in the mouth in a foamed condition.SOLUTION: There is provided the nongas foamer-bottled food compounded with a soybean polysaccharide composition and having a viscosity of 1-300 mPa s, wherein the soybean polysaccharide composition contains 2-15% protein and the distribution of interfacial dynamic potential (ζ-potential) exhibits only a single peak in the range of -100 to -2 mV.
