PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating device which can be smoothly operated by a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: A rotating body 4 which can rotate around a horizontal rotational shaft 43 is provided with a plurality of weights 6, 6, ... which are movable in paths along the radial direction of the rotating body and crossing the rotational shaft 43, and are arranged sequentially shifted in angle in the rotational direction of the rotating body 4. Each weight 6 is guided by ring-shaped rails 8, 8, ... which surround the rotational shaft 43 and do not rotate. Each rail 8 guides the weights 6 in a state that distances from the rotational shaft 43 are different in right and left directions. |
