PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrences of undershoot and overshoot in a power supply device for switching to a plurality of voltage values and outputting an output voltage.SOLUTION: A power supply device 60 includes: a voltage generation part 62 for generating an output voltage Vout; a control part 66 for outputting a control signal Sc representing a voltage value of the output voltage Vout; and a voltage conversion output part 64 for converting the output voltage Vout generated by the voltage generation part 62 to a voltage according to the control signal Sc and outputting the converted output voltage Vout. When converting the output voltage Vout from a start voltage to a target voltage, the control part 66 outputs a control signal representing an intermediate voltage value between the start voltage value and the target voltage value, and after the output, outputs a control signal representing a target voltage value. |
