PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the bulkiness of a tool as an air-driven tool to the minimum by shortening a machine length in a drive-in direction as much as possible, and to further improve the easiness of use as the tool, in the air-driven tool for driving in a driven-in implement.SOLUTION: A head valve 41 is opened so as to send compressed air to a piston upper chamber by movement along the drive-in direction of a nail (driven-in implement). An exhaust port structure 80 for exhausting the compressed air existing in an exhaust chamber 55 of a tool body to the outside of the tool body after drive-in is arranged at a side face of a side along the drive-in direction of the nail out of side faces of a body housing 21 of the tool body. An exhaust cover 83 is attached to the external periphery of the body housing 21 through a sandwiching part 92 of a protector 90 which has elasticity and constitutes an armor of the body housing 21. |
