The subject matter of the present invention is peptide Calpha-amides which are precursors of peptide Calpha-thioesters, characterized in that they comprise the radical of general formula (I) in which X, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, n and A are as defined in Claim 1.
