The casting mold has a master mold (1), which has a cavity in the form of volume defined by a structure of an outer surface of the plastic tube (3) or -tube piece. A core mold (2) is designed such that it partially extends into the cavity of the master mold in the area of a hollow chamber (32) of the manufactured tube or -tube piece when connected with the master mold. The core mold has a central section, which has the shape of the area of the hollow chamber of the manufactured plastic tube or -tube piece. The central section has a cylindrical lateral surface. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a plastic tube or a tube piece with a tube wall and a tube section branching out from the tube wall.
