The unit (1) has a linearly movable piston (103) mounted in a cylinder (2) by a fluid pressure. Micro holes (34') are arranged in a cylinder inner circumference wall along a cylinder inner circumference in cross section planes of the cylinder. Other micro holes (130') are arranged in a piston outer circumference wall (136) along a piston outer circumference in a cross section plane of the piston, which is provided adjacent to a piston front wall (116). The micro holes open into a bearing gap (19), and are connected with a supply line for a pressurized fluid e.g. air.
