PURPOSE: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is provided to control the height of a control panel using a height adjusting unit capable of blocking power transmission between a driving motor and an arm through a clutch unit. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a body (10), a control panel (40) at the upper side of the body, and a height adjusting unit (50) for adjusting the height of the control panel. The height adjusting unit includes an installing bracket (51) for installing the components of the height adjusting unit, a driving motor (52) generating a rotational force, at least one arm (54), and a clutch unit (56). One end of the arm is rotatably installed at the installing bracket, and the other end of the arm is rotatably installed at the control pane. The clutch unit between the driving motor and the arm blocks power transmission from one of the driving motor and the arm to the other of the driving motor and the arm. |
