PURPOSE: A cooker using solar energy having a function for a desalination function is provided to obtain fresh water by cooling a fresh water capturing cover placed on the top of a water tank containing seawater by a cooling member for dew condensation. CONSTITUTION: A cooker using solar energy having a function for a desalination function includes a water tank (10), and a cooling member for dew condensation. The solar energy collecting member is heated by sunlight and transmits the heat to the water contained inside a water tank so that the water is heated. The fresh water capturing cover is placed on the top of the solar energy collecting member and includes a water collecting unit. Moisture becoming evaporated can be in contact with the cover, and the contacted moisture is collected by cooling. The cooling member for dew condensation cools the fresh water capturing cover, thereby generating dew condensation.
