PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic operation microscope including a microscope main objective lens and an observation optical path penetrating into the microscope main objective lens for visualizing an object area.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic operation microscope 100 includes an OCT system 140 for picking up an image of an object area 108. The OCT system 140 includes an OCT scanning optical path 142 guided to the object area 108 via a scanning mirror structure 146. An optical member 147 which converges the scanning optical path 142 emitted from the scanning mirror structure 146 and transfers it into an optical path transmitted through the microscope main objective lens 101 is provided between the scanning mirror structure 146 and the microscope main objective lens 101. Alternatively or additionally, the ophthalmic operation microscope 100 may include an ophthalmoscopic magnifier 132 which can be turned inward and outward to enter and leave the observation optical path 105 and the OCT scanning optical path 142.
