PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that is less influenced by variations in characteristics of transistors.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes a transistor, a first wiring, a second wiring, a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, a first capacitor, and a second capacitor. The first switch has a function of determining whether electrical continuity is established between the first wiring and a first electrode of the first capacitor. The first electrode of the first capacitor is electrically connected to a first electrode of the second capacitor, and a second electrode of the first capacitor is electrically connected to a gate of the transistor. A second electrode of the second capacitor is connected to one of a source and a drain of the transistor. The second switch has a function of determining whether electrical continuity is established between the second wiring and the gate of the transistor. The third switch has a function of determining whether electrical continuity is established between the first electrode of the first capacitor and one of the source and the drain of the transistor. |
