PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for manufacturing a multilayer optical recording medium which keeps a surface condition of an optical recording layer excellent, peels a process film, and can transfer the optical recording layer, and to provide a multilayer optical recording medium which is manufactured using the same, has high recording density and has excellent recording characteristics.SOLUTION: The sheet for manufacturing the multilayer optical recording medium has a repeated structure in which a plurality of optical recording layers are stacked, has a unit including at least a peeling supporting layer, an optical recording layer having a thickness of 1 to 1,000 nm and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on a process film, and has a structure in which the peeling supporting layer is provided on the surface of the process film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is arranged on the outermost layer. An absolute value of difference between refractive indices of the peeling supporting layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer at a wavelength of 660 nm is 0.11 or smaller, a material constituting the peeling supporting layer includes a cured material of an energy-curable compound, and the compound is at least one of an energy-curable oligomer, an energy-curable monomer and an energy ray curable polymer having a polymerizable double bond in a side chain. |
