PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcoholic beverage having an unconventional flavor and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: The production method of the alcoholic beverage includes a step of preparing a pre-fermentation solution by use of a material containing carbon and nitrogen sources, a step of causing alcoholic fermentation by adding a yeast to the pre-fermentation solution, and a step of producing the alcoholic beverage. As the yeast, only a wine yeast is used to produce the alcoholic beverage of 1-8 volume%. |
