PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact conveying device which can reduce cost by eliminating adjustment of a noncontact detection part.SOLUTION: The noncontact conveying device includes a suction head 20, and the suction head 20 includes a plurality of air blowout holes 81. The noncontact conveying device sucks and holds the principal surface of a conveyed article in a suction surface 21 to convey it by negative pressure generated by air blown out from each air blowout hole 81 along the inner peripheral surface of a recessed part 73. The suction head 20 includes a noncontact detection part 241 for detecting the conveyed article sucked and held on the suction surface 21. The noncontact detection part 241 is disposed to detect the conveyed article from the center region of the recessed part 73 in the suction head 20. |
