PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the equivalent series inductance (ESL) of a capacitor.SOLUTION: A capacitor (2) comprises: a first capacitor element (4-1) and a second capacitor element (4-2), each including a cathode side electrode part (10) on one element end face (8-1) and an anode side electrode part (12) on the other element end face (8-2), in which the element end faces of the same polarity are arranged in the same direction; a cathode side conductive plate (18-1) disposed between the side faces of the first and the second capacitor elements and connected to the cathode side electrode parts of the first and the second capacitor elements by a plurality of connection pieces (22-1, 22-2); and an anode side conductive plate (18-2) disposed in parallel to the cathode side conductive plate and connected to the anode side electrode parts of the first and the second capacitor elements by a plurality of connection pieces (24-1, 24-2). Also provided is a manufacturing method for the capacitor (2). |
