PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse signal output circuit operating stably, and also to provide a shift register including the same.SOLUTION: In this pulse signal output circuit, the channel length of a transistor constituting a node connected to an output terminal is set longer than the channel length of a transistor functioning as the output terminal. Hence, a potential is stably kept over a long period by suppressing leak of current from the node, and a malfunction of the pulse signal output circuit is prevented. |
