PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with a transparent coloring film that excels in adhesion, scratch resistance, and film hardness or the like, and that excels in light resistance, weatherability, contrast, and display performance or the like.SOLUTION: The substrate with a transparent coloring film includes: a substrate; and a transparent coloring film formed on the substrate, wherein the transparent coloring film includes: a matrix component; an inorganic oxide fine particle subjectd to a surface treatment by an organic silicon compound shown by the following formula (1): R-SiX; and a surfactant treatment organic pigment (A) that absorbs light of at least 580-600 nm of a wavelength range. The average particle size of the surfactant treatment organic pigment (A) is in the range of 5-60 nm, the content in the transparent coloring film is in the range of 0.05-3 wt.% as a solid content, the transparent coloring film has an absorption wavelength in the range of 580-600 cm, and the light transmittance (I) is in the range of 50-90%. In the formula (1), R identically or differently denotes a 1-10C unsubstituted or substituted hydrocarbon group; and X denotes a 1-4C alkoxy group, a silanol group, a halogen or hydrogen; and n denotes an integer of 0-3. |
