PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically heated catalytic device that prevents an electrode from peeling from a support.SOLUTION: In one embodiment, an electrically heated catalytic device 100 includes: a support 20 which is formed from ceramics and supports a catalyst; a pair of electrodes 30 on the outer circumference of the support 20, the pair of electrodes being formed so as to face each other; and wiring 40 that supplies electricity from outside to the electrodes 30. In the electrically heated catalytic device, the support 20 is electrically heated via the electrodes 30. The electrodes 30 include a first electrode 31 formed on the support 20 and a second electrode 32 formed on the first electrode 31, the first electrode 31 being plurally split. |
