PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a dust source of dust fall changing unsteadily in dust production amount on the basis of a dust fall measured value in a periphery of the dust source.SOLUTION: A dust source search range of dust fall to which a plume system is applied is set using a representative dust fall amount M at a dust fall evaluation point, a representative wind direction and a wind velocity, and a particulate classification of dust fall particulates obtained by analyzing collected dust fall. A horizontal component of the dust source search range is set in an upwind direction of the dust fall evaluation point. As a perpendicular component of the dust source search region, an area is set which is enclosed with an upper-limit line and a lower-limit line of an unsteady dust source search area that rises in the upwind direction having a gradient of (given particle falling velocity upper-limit value Vof a particle size classification)/(the representative wind velocity) and (particle falling velocity lower-limit value V)/(the representative wind velocity) from the dust fall evaluation point. At an arbitrary point (p) within the unsteady dust source search area, an estimated dust production amount E(p) at a dust fall management point is calculated. |
