PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce sounds other than speech as naturally as possible while making the speech easy to understand.SOLUTION: A speech articulation device includes: a voice band extraction unit 20 which extracts a band component included in a voice band, of an inputted audio signal In and outputs the band component as a signal Fa; a gain determination unit 30 which determines a gain Ka in accordance with a level of a signal indicative of a speech component, of the audio signal In; a multiplier 13 which adjusts a level of the signal Fa outputted from the voice band extraction unit 20 by the gain Ka determined by the gain determination unit 30; and an adder 12 which adds the audio signal In and a signal Fb of which the gain has been adjusted in the multiplier 13, and outputs the addition result. |
