PURPOSE: The liquid decomposing type processing unit using microorganism is provided to limit the emission of food waste so that the microorganism can disassemble the food waste again after a big particle size food waste is filtered with filtering means in the lower crysolab followed by the food waste which is put into the agitation vat of the decomposition bath is disassembled and processed with the fracturing. CONSTITUTION: The liquid decomposing type processing unit using microorganism comprises the decomposition bath(12), agitation vats(20,22), and agitating blades(24,25) and ceramic ball(30) The decomposition bath comprises the food waste inlet port(16) of the upper part and the outlet port(17) in the bottom crystolab(13). The agitation vat is equipped in the middle portion of the decomposition bath, contained the food waste, which was inserted from the inlet port, and a slits(21,22) is formed in the bottom surface. The agitating blade is equipped within the agitation vat. The ceramic ball is mixed with the food waste contained in the agitation vat, provides the habitat for the microorganism. As the filtering means is included in the outlet port, the food waste of the crystolab discharged restrictively. |
