Disclosed is a device for analyzing protein-protein interactions at levels up to the single molecular level. The device of the present invention is provided with a sample-loading unit, a light-excitation unit which emits near-field radiation having a first wavelength onto the surface of a substrate loaded on the sample-loading unit, and a light-measuring unit, wherein the sample-loading unit loads a substrate onto which a first protein-bound molecule, i.e. a biological molecule to which a first protein is bound, is adhered, and the light-measuring unit detects a conversion of the first wavelength to a second wavelength on the surface of the substrate due to an interaction between the first protein and a second protein when a cell solution is provided to the substrate. According to the present invention, a protein-protein interaction in an actual cell environment can be analyzed at levels up to the single molecular level. |
