PURPOSE: A wet forming makeup cosmetic composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure forming stability and color maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a wet forming makeup cosmetic composition comprises: a step of dispersing 5-30 wt% of oil part, 1.0-10.0 wt% of silicon elastomer, and 70-94 wt% of powder part in 60-80 wt% of volatile solvent and forming a slurry phase; a step of filling the slurry phase in a dish and drying the slurry phase at 50-70 Deg. C. to remove the volatile solvent. The silicon elastomer contains hybrid silicon elastomer powder, silicon elastomer gel, or silicon elastomer gel and wax. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a makeup base, powder, foundation, concealer, or skin cover. |
