PURPOSE: A parking lot folding chair is provided to install the folding chair and enable the folding and unfolding upon the necessity in a space which was conventionally used for a parking lot, thereby increasing the usability of the parking lot space. CONSTITUTION: A parking lot folding chair is comprised of the followings: a lower surface which is adhered to the bottom surface; a chair leg which locates on the top of the lower surface, adheres closely to the lower surface if the chair is folded, and supports the chair by forming an angle with the lower surface if the chair is unfolded; a sheet which locates on the top of the chair leg, adheres closely to the chair leg if the chair is folded, and enables the seating by forming an angle with the chair leg if the chair is unfolded; and a top surface which covers the lower surface, the chair leg, and the sheet if the chair is folded, and functions as a support stand or back supporter by forming an angle with the sheet if the chair is unfolded.
