PURPOSE: A sofa with table is provided to increase space utilization by enabling a table to put in and out of the lower side of the sofa and increase convenience in a table use by enabling an adjustment of height in a connection part of a joint shape. CONSTITUTION: A sofa is equipped with a table which is positioned in the lower side of the sofa and enables the table to be put in and out (100). The table comes out from the sofa by elasticity when adding a pressure to a lower part. The sofa has an angle in a connection part of a lower end and the table and enables the table to move up. The sofa has a structure in which the table is inside and comes out if pushing a button whenever necessary by using a principle of a push-button switch in the lower part of the sofa.
