PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the formation of burrs and an air venting failure in view of problems such as a failure to fill a predetermined amount of food and a shape failure due to the formation of burrs on a molded product and the air venting failure during high-speed treatment in an apparatus adapted to fill a food material in filling holes formed in a filling plate and to release the food using a punching pin that penetrates the filling hole.SOLUTION: A food molding apparatus includes a receiving plate 5 abutting against the lower side of the filling plate 1 having food material filling holes 6 so that the filling plate slides on the receiving plate.
