PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device which is suppressed in the scattering of punching wastes even if a punching waste discharging passage for leading the punching wastes to a punching waste storing container is provided thereto, and to provide a sheet post-processing apparatus with the punching device, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A punching device includes: a punching means 10 for punching a sheet P; a punching waste storing container 16 disposed below the punching means 10 and storing a punching waste 14 generated when the sheet P is punched; and a punching waste discharging passage 12 having an opening below the punching means 10 and leading the punching waste 14 to the punching waste storing container 16. The punching device further includes a punching waste sweep-out means 30 for rubbing a wall surface 12a of the punching waste discharging passage 12 by a rubbing member 20 to sweep out a retained punching waste 14a into the punching waste storing container 16. A sheet post-processing apparatus with the punching device, and an image forming apparatus are also disclosed. |
