PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a router device that can be set even when no engineer is on a job site, and to provide a router setting method.SOLUTION: A router device has a wide area network connector, a LAN connector, and a setting data storage part, and controls voice call session of a terminal device connected with a wide area network and a LAN on the basis of setting data stored in the setting data storage part. The router device has: download means of accessing a remote maintenance server connected to the wide area network to download the setting data; and setting means of writing the downloaded setting data into the setting data storage part to set a session control function. |
