PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever type injector which is capable of automatically spraying liquid by a lever and of holding the spraying in an engaged state, and which is capable of spraying liquid and altering the spraying form without interrupting sprinkling work.SOLUTION: In the lever type liquid injector which alters the form of the injection water flow from a nozzle 4 by setting an on-off valve 7 and a rectification valve 8 on the way of a liquid supply passage 5 installed in the body 3, thereby opening the on-off valve 7 with the lever 6 to alter the divergence of the rectification valve 8, the injector is configured to include a multistage holding mechanism 41 that can hold the operated lever 6 at a plurality of positions differing in the divergence of the on-off valve 7. The multistage holding mechanism includes an engagement releasing means to release the engagement to the locking pawl of the ratchet pawl at the position of the lever 6 in most tightly grasped state; and an induction means to induce the ratchet pawl while holding so that the ratchet pawl in the releasing posture does not engage with the locking pawl when the lever that has reached the position in most tightly grasped state is restored to a predetermined position by releasing the grip. |
