The present invention relates to an ultrasonographic device and an inspection method thereof, wherein inspection may be standardized and uniformly carried out, without any individual variations according to the skills or inspection methods of inspectors, by carrying out ultrasonography by injecting ultrasonic wave transmitting media after providing a surface imaging jig to an inspection section, and the inspection results may be stored and maintained. That is, the ultrasonographic device of the present invention includes a surface imaging jig which has a probe, and in which the ultrasonic wave transmitting media is filled between the probe and the inspection section. Therefore, the present invention can carry out uniform ultrasonography for three-dimensional inspection portions according to a uniform and standardized method such that ultrasonography results can be obtained with high precision, as the invention includes the surface imaging jig which is filled with the ultrasonic wave transmitting media so as to be able to correspond to a three-dimensional curved skin surface if the probe is provided.
