A case (110) for a communication device (134), having two or more portions movable with respect to each other. A first case portion (112) may cover a particular component or area of the communication device. Accessories or auxiliary structures may be available for use with the particular component, and may be configured to attach to or be used with a communication device housing of a particular size or shape. The first case portion may be moved relative to a second case portion (114), thereby exposing the component or area of the communication device for use with the accessory.
