<p>Disclosed is a mini plate for genioplasty that fixes a bone block which is separated through bone cutting. The present invention is configured of a pair of upper fixing portions, a pair of lower fixing portions, and an intermediate connecting portion. The upper fixing portions are disposed away from each other along a face width direction so as to be fixed to a lower jawbone. Slot holes are formed in the respective upper fixing portions so that a bone screw is coupled thereto. The lower fixing portions are disposed away from each other along the face width direction below the upper fixing portions so as to be fixed to the bone block. Holes are formed in the respective lower fixing portions so that the bone screw is coupled thereto. The intermediate connecting portion is disposed along a face side direction so as to connect the upper fixing portions to the lower fixing portions, and portions connected to the respective upper fixing portions and the respective pair of lower fixing portions are bent. According to the present invention, a position of the bone screw coupled to the lower jawbone can be conveniently and accurately adjusted along the slot hole, and bending can be performed conveniently according to the shape of a mental region. Therefore, accuracy and efficiency of genioplasty can be improved, and surgical operation time can be shortened.</p> |
